The house is centrally located in Istron with shops and tavernas, as well as the beautiful beach of Aghios Panteleimonas, being within walking distance. Back at the villa you can enjoy a private swimming pool and pleasant sea views. What's more, the villa is furnished to a high standard and has 3 en suite bedrooms making it ideal for couples and small groups. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Melia is ideally located above the road between a cluster of bars, traditional tavernas and mini markets making it a great choice for those who want to have all the resort amenities on their doorstep. Two of the best local beaches in the area are also within walking distance.
