A 2022 renovated and fully furnished apartment situated in a safe neighbourhood in a short walking distance from gorgeous Voulismeni Lake, the main shopping street, organised beaches and the seaside walk. Close by, the visitors can find variety of restaurants, coffees and bars. A supermarket and a bakery are 100 meters away. This 1st floor property occupies 55 square meters can host up to 4 people and is suitable for couples, group of friends, families, solo or business travelers. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry machine, air conditioned rooms, one bedroom with comfortable bed (160X200), a living room with a sofa-bed (160X200), free internet access (WiFi) , a 32” HD smart TV (Netflix), a distinctive shower which includes a hydromassage column and finally a small balcony with awning.
