Bellevue Suites are located just 8 minutes from the lake and the picturesque port of Agios Nikolaos and from the beautiful beach of Ammoudi and the city's promenade with its beautiful restaurants, taverns, bars and cafes. Amazing views, beautiful room, and refreshing pool

My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The view was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing and relaxing. It was within walking distance of the main shopping area and we never had trouble finding parking within 150m of the entrance. Our host was exceptional and mapped out multiple places and restaurants she suggested we visit. We would love to come back and stay again!

Tout avait bien commencer, la propriétaire nous a donné un appartement qui correspondait à l'annonce,à savoir vue sur mer ou piscine. Nous avions réservé pour 21 jours, au bout de 7 jours, la propriétaire nous à imposé de changer d'appartement pour un autre beaucoup plus vétuste (plaques /four hors d'age,réfrigérateur idem, poignée de porte fenétre cassée, et mème une TV cathodique!) le tout donnant sur la rue avec une terrasse quasi inutilisable car sans aucune intimité ( terrasse entre les deux entrées de l'immeuble et la rue!) La seule explication fournie, à été, je cite: Ce n'est pas de ma faute, je n'ai pas d'autre solution, d'autre clients ont résèrvé cet appartement par Booking,si vous ne voulez pas de l'appartement, partez, cherchez un autre hébergement et faites vous remboursez. Aprés vérification, il n'est pas possible de preciser quel appartement vous souhaitez avoir sur Booking! Nous avons donc clairement été victime de surbooking sans aucune compensation et de plus pour une préstation inférieure. Si le lieu est trés agréable, les pratiques de sa propriétaire le sont infiniment moins. Nous sommes de vieux clients d'Abritel, et c'est la première fois que nous regrettons notre choix de location. Bell'appartamento accogliente, comodo, pulitissimo. Posizione strategica per visitare Creta est. Inserirei l'indirizzo anche nell'annuncio online e nella conferma della prenotazione e non solo nella mail inviata in prossimità del soggiorno: questa mail mi è sfuggita e sono diventato di gomma a trovare il posto perché anche la localizzazione su maps è appossimativa. Avevo anche prenotato con vista mare ma per dosguidi tra Vrbo e host mi è stata assegnato un'altro appartamento. Pazienza..

Splendid Agios Nikolaos and surroundings

First of all Fotini is the perfect host. She is looking very well after her house and all apartments, i.e. the high standard is ever improving. There are spacious apartments facing the sea and some the town and its hospital separated by a little park limiting any expected trouble to almost nil. But most important is Fotini‘s flexibility in hosting guests, not only us but other as well. Remarkably, she welcomed us very friendly and accommodated us while our extremely short booking wasn‘t really received. We changed rooms for the last night but were very happy to have a relaxing week in Agios Nikolaos. On the basis of Fotini‘s many helpful information from the very beginning and thereafter we had an excellent stay.
