Great house just as described! Super clean and cozy with essentials provided for a relaxing weekend away. The inside felt light and fresh with beautiful views of the fall foliage. Outside, we enjoyed coffee near the fire pit. The Japanese Maple tree was absolutely magnificent. The host was an excellent communicator and made everything easy from start to finish. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

We stayed at Judy's cottage for a week in August. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. It was easy for us to make ourselves at home. We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer, as well as the dishwasher. Sitting at the deck and enjoying the good weather on the patio left us with a great memory of our visit. Judy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We look forward to visiting again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, the sitting area was spacious, and the bedrooms were also a nice size! The only suggestion would be for a larger TV in the sitting area. The location was ideal! Loved visiting New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park and Westwind Orchard!Judy was a great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Checking-In/out were very easy!Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Escape to Serenity!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy immaculate home, even through an unexpected snow fall, we enjoyed the town of Kingston so much! Enjoyed the covered sidewalks so we could shop and found a delicious french bistro to have lunch!We left feeling so relaxed and peaceful, saw a family of deer right in the back yard before we left to go back to the city! Much nature surrounding the home, especially in the back with lots of windows to enjoy from the inside and a nice deck to sit outside when weather permits. Very thorough communications with owner, hopefully we will be back again soon!!

Pleasant Stay in Accord

We had a fabulous stay at Judy's place. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was good. When we had an issue with the furnace, the owner went out of her way to correct the problem and ensured that we were comfortable. We would recommend this place.

Perfect little cottage

My teenaged son and I stayed at this immaculate cottage while he was working at a day camp and I was working remotely/playing golf locally. Judy was a great host with excellent communication who greeted us at check in. She was very helpful with questions about the property and suggestions for dining out.

Beautiful, calming, bright stay!

We loved staying here!! It was me, my husband, our friends who are a couple, and our small dog. The home & property are beautiful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, there were games & records to play. Loved watching the fireflies in the backyard. As Judy mentions, it’s well water, so there’s a sulfur smell/taste. We’re used to that so it wasn’t an issue, especially with the brita filter. If you have a dog who’s used to walking, just a heads up that there aren’t sidewalks. The yard is not fenced in, but the house is far back from the road. Can’t recommend this spot enough, would stay again (and for longer next time, we hope!).
