Two (2) designated parking spots located on the side of the house. Since the house sits on a corner lot, turn onto the side road for parking and house entry.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Exterior security cameras only. No indoor cameras. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit included.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bin.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

NOTE: While we make every effort to inform guests in advance, it may occasionally be necessary for maintenance personnel to access the exterior of the property during your stay to service the lawn and other amenities. We respect your privacy and will never enter the home without your permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
