"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood close to several restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel gym is good. The bathroom is really good. The rooms are tiny. The hotel pool is on the 17th floor (rooftop). To get to the pool, you walk through the rooftop restaurant. The pool is glass and 100% visible from the rooftop restaurant. There is no privacy for hotel guests in the pool. In addition, the hotel closes access to the pool when there is a private event at the rooftop restaurant. We couldn't use the pool during our 5 night stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you intend to use/spend time in the pool."
