This was our second stay at this hotel, and the first time was amazing, but unfortunately the service was very bad this time. We experienced issues with cleanliness of the room--there was trash on the floor and an empty can in the fridge we found upon arrival and noticeably poor cleaning service throughout our duration. Things were not working in our room--a steamer was malfunctioning and sprayed water everywhere (this ended up getting replaced/resolved), a fridge that did not work (this also ended up getting replaced/resolved), and worst of all was a foul sewage odor coming from the toilet and shower. The odor could even be smelled in the room at night. We had to discuss this issue with the front desk, including managers, three separate times and it was never fixed. Their solution was adding a fragrance each time, but it was clearly a bigger issue and they should've moved us to another room (we had also suggested this to no avail). The smell was so strong, it made me want to gag and was such a terrible experience when you're trying to use the toilet and shower. Another issue was that we had to ask for the body wash to be refilled three times (it hadn't been filled upon our arrival) and they never refilled it...we eventually gave up asking. The hotel tried to make it up to us by leaving a dessert in our room, giving us a late check-out, and ordering us car service to the airport--we appreciated this, but the experience was so bad we will not be returning.

The shower drained very slowly. After maintenance came, it still drained slowly. We woke up several times, due to the noises outside and inside the hotel. In the morning we were met by the smell of a stinky drain. After moving to a new room, we still have foul smelling drains. The TV works intermittently. Not sure if we have heat in the room? Cycling through the settings it does not appear so. These are not problems that should exist in a 5 or even 3 star hotel.

The place is beautiful, the hotel is very well located, there are plenty of restaurant to choose from. One thing that for me was on the negative side was the attitude of the bell boys, “older man” having a rude attitude, just because we were taking our time when we were doing the check in and had to pull stuff from our baggage.

There were various concerns with the room throughout the stay but they were addressed quickly by the staff. Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, we (2 friends) were assigned a room where the bathroom is open concept so this was a little too intimate and little inconvenient. The booking was for 2 rooms where the other friends' room had a private bathroom so felt this was weird that they did not give the same room type for the booking.

Hotel was nice but the rooms where a bit small, not a lot of room to place luggage and walk around the beds. The staff was great, hotel was clean and within walking distance to make restaurants and shops.

Overall not really a 5 star at all.. had to pay for bottles water at the breakfast buffet, and they never indicated… also the shower situation is difficult as it’s so strong you have to aim it to the side so that it doesn’t leak out of the hotel. The staff are friendly though and the location of the hotel is excellent

Staff was phenomenal. Hotel was super clean great location not too busy but still plenty of stuff around. Uber is easy to get anywhere you have to go.
