"NO POOL OR HOT TUB (out of order).
Went to check in and there’s a sign saying their pool is broken. Another sign that said front desk stepped away for a few minutes. Well, 20 minutes later she shows up. Decided not to stay there due to traveling with 4 kids and needed a pool. Still fighting with Expedia for a refund since they advertise this hotel has a working pool……..pool has been inoperable since October 2025. Expedia needs to update their info. Obviously wouldn’t have picked this place if it said the pool was out of order. "
