"We were upgraded to a very nice room overlooking the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our stay included breakfast and dinner- excellent food. Drake Bay is a remote area so it was nice to have everything provided by the hotel. When we took a day tour to Corcovado National Park, the boat picked us up at the beach in front of the hotel. "

"What a special place! We arrived in the surf, to be greeted by Dylan and his staff who grabbed our bags and suitcases and brought them up to the room. We then had pineapple smoothies and talked to Dylan, who I produced us to the routines there. You tell them when you want to eat. Eat! It's more like floating in gourmet heaven. The food is out of this world!!! The room was many steps up a rocky staircase, do prepare for earning your heavenly food. The view from the room takes your breath away. There is no air conditioning, but the screened "ceiling" openings (really, up on the wall) let in enough air to cool you down sufficiently.
