You may think that it’ll be difficult to find healthy food choices while on your Orlando vacation, especially if you’re headed to any of the Disney parks—but that’s not the case! All the Disney theme parks offer great healthy meals, so a meeting with the Mouse doesn’t have to mean an end to your family’s healthy habits. Here are our recommendations for healthy and delicious eating within the four parks.

The Magic Kingdom

Cinderella’s Royal Table is one of the hottest spots at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. While you will pay more for a food experience here, it’s memorable and worth it. If you’re lucky enough to get a reservation for breakfast, start your day with a healthy and happy entree option. We suggest the Healthy Choice, which includes healthy ingredients such as a hard-poached egg on a bed of arugula tossed with quinoa, avocado, roasted vegetables, and spritzed with Meyer lemon oil and white balsamic vinegar.


Caprese flatbread at Pinocchio Village Haus

Craving pizza but want a somewhat healthy spin on the traditional slice? Head to Pinocchio Village Haus—no reservations required—and try the Caprese flatbread. It’s delicious and light, and will sate you for many hours more of park-hopping.

Grilled salmon platter at Columbia Harbour House


Reservations are not required at Columbia Harbour House, where you’ll find several healthy food choices. We recommend the filling and savory grilled salmon platter. It’s served with couscous and fresh vegetables.

#TangierineCafe in Epcot’s Morocco Pavilion is an outstanding paradise/oasis for vegans and vegetarians. 💚💪🏼🍃 My friend Xio ordered ‘Falafel/Pita Wrap’ and I had the ‘Vegetable Platter’ [basically a #buddhabowl in a plate 😍❣]. I loooved my wholesome, whole food, fresh goodness of choice! It had: hummus, falafel, lentil salad, tabbouleh, couscous, marinated olives, green salad, pita bread… OMG! Still dreaming of it… The best! ✨🙌🏼✨ Too perfect, nutrient dense, and exquisitely complete. Reservations are suggested at this nicer sit-down restaurant. At Chefs de France, you can enjoy a healthy taste of French cuisine with menu highlights such as the white-wine lemon marinated salmon. This delicious dish is served with asparagus and rice.

Another Moroccan restaurant made our list of must-try Disney dining spots. Stop at Spice Road Table to try their Spicy Yellowfin Tuna, which is served with zucchini, eggplant, capers salad and basil oil. It’s best to make a reservation ahead of time to avoid long waits at this nicer sit-down restaurant that the whole family will enjoy.
