DESCRIPTION OF GIVEAWAY: Via online method only, entrants will have the opportunity to win a 7-night vacation package to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida valid for travel in the domestic United States.  Entries will be accepted starting at 10:01 a.m. on March 16, 2010 until 10:00 a.m. CT, March 18, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY: The Orbitz Twitter Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Orbitz, LLC (“Orbitz” or “Sponsor”), and Walt Disney World ( “Prize Provider”) their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

GIVEAWAY TIMING: The Giveaway begins at 10:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 16, 2010 and ends at 10:00a.m. CT on March 18, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.twitter.com/ and follow @orbitz. Entrants must tweet a tip for Disney travel and include the #Orbitz hashtag, in 140 characters or less.  Entries will be judged on the following criteria: 1/3 creativity, 1/3 originality, 1/3 relevance.  The judging panel is made up of Disney experts and will take place for a period of 7 days. Winner will be notified via the @Orbitz page on March 25, 2010. You will be required to contact Orbitz by direct message via twitter within forty-eight (48) hours if you have been notified you are a winner.  All entries must be received by 10:00 a.m. CT on March 18, 2010.  Limit one (1) entry per person/twitter address.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a contest. Grand Prize notification will be completed on or about March 25, 2010. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via the @Orbitz page on Twitter.com and asked to direct message their contact information. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. The Grand Prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (1) Grand Prize: 7 night vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando Florida for 4; including 7-night hotel stay, airfare for 4, 7-day theme park tickets for 4, $250 Disney Gift Certificate, Admission to Cirque du Soleil® show for 4, and winner’s choice of spa treatment or round of golf for travel in the domestic United States with an Approximate Retail Value of $8,000. Actual value may vary based on airport fluctuations, and points of departure. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. Travel dates may be selected by the winner, but are subject to availability and blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of the voucher. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations.

BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway.
