Switzerland has a very high standard of living, living in Switzerland entails a lot more rental costs than in our neighboring countries. The minimum hourly wage is CHF 25.- per hour.
Our goal is to offer you the most interesting prices in the city.
We offer 3 different options:
The Economy Rooms for 2 people, as the name suggests, are the most central location for the lowest price up to CHF 55 per night.
The Superior Rooms for 2 people, nicely furnished rooms in a central location, from CHF 65.- per night.
The private apartments for 2 to 4 people, independent private apartments in the best locations, from CHF 100.- per night.
Our rooms & apartments are a "SELF-CHECK-IN", the key is in a key box on site. However, this also means that no earlier check-ins or late check-outs are possible. In order to be able to offer you the best prices, we dispense with any room service, reception and other additional costs.
If you are looking for the "hotel experience" with a lot of staff, we would ask you to book a hotel, we offer anonymous living with the mission to offer you the best locations at the best price.
Cleanliness & Co, as you surely understand, it can happen that a guest in front of you does not abide by the house rules, does not leave the room or the apartment which one could reasonably ask for and we did not make it 100% We apologize in advance for getting everything as it should be. The rooms and apartments are cleaned according to each guest: (vacuuming, wet wiping and the bed linen, the towels are replaced with freshly washed ones). Post-cleaning can be requested for an additional charge of CHF 35.- per hour.
