Hotel was in a good location, easily walkable from the main train station. The neighborhood around the hotel was also nice, easily walkable to numerous shops, bars, and dining. There was a small amount of street noise at night, but nothing majorly disruptive. The room was compact, but workable. Breakfast area was nice, and well stocked. Check in/out was quick and simple. Only real complaint that I would have is the ventilation in the room. It's Europe so I don't have any expectation of having air conditioning, but it would have been nice to have a fan to circulate some air as the room did not get good airflow even with the window open.

A lot of character and great location. Everyone was friendly except evening male receptionist rather a aloof when I said hi to him but friendlier to others as they walked into the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. Parking was a bit hard but probably not an issue for most. The room was nice size and very cool with different writers as their theme. Breakfast was great too! All within walking distance of everything.
