Located within a leisurely stroll of Green River, this cabin is within a 10-minute drive of Lake Summit. The cabin includes conveniences like a kitchen.
This is our most remote cabin, tucked deep in the woods between two creeks—Teela Springs and Cold Spring Branch. Surrounded by forest and flowing water, it’s the perfect place to unplug, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
Inside, two bunk beds (double on the bottom and twin on top) provide comfortable sleeping for your group. Cook dinner on the propane stove with full kitchen amenities, then relax by the fire on the rustic bench under the soft glow of solar lights. At night, read by lantern light and settle into the comfy beds while charging your devices with the cabin’s solar-powered battery system.
When you’re ready for adventure, simply pedal right out of the cabin onto our mountain bike trail system, or take a short hike to our waterfall and cliff overlooks.
Our luxury bathhouse is just a short walk away and features two private rooms, each with a sink, shower, and toilet, with a door you can lock behind you for complete privacy. There’s also a sink for filling water bottles and a lovely outdoor shower available during the warmer months.
Enjoy our creekside sauna and cold plunge tucked into the woods at Cold Spring Basecamp. Heat up in the sauna overlooking rhododendron and flowing water, then cool off in our refreshing plunge pool set right in the creek and fed by crisp mountain spring water.
Every stay offers a unique opportunity to reconnect—with loved ones, with friends, or simply with yourself.
Venture out and you’ll find yourself surrounded by some of the region’s most charming mountain towns, including Flat Rock, Saluda, Hendersonville, and Asheville. Each offers a wonderful mix of restaurants, shops, and local character. We’re also on the edge of apple country, with orchards and wineries waiting to be explored.
Just up the road, discover nearly 100 miles of trails and stunning waterfalls at DuPont State Recreational Forest. Ride world-class mountain biking trails at Ride Rock Creek Bike Park and Ride Kanuga Bike Park, or explore the endless hiking and biking opportunities in Pisgah National Forest. Paddle the world-famous Green River, home to Class I–V rapids, or soar through the trees on a canopy tour with The Gorge Zipline.
Launch your adventure—or simply stay put and let the mountains do the rest.

The following were issues that should have been addressed before arriving by host:Only one lantern in the cabin which lasted about an hourSwitch for indoor string lights brokenAbout 1/2 spoonful of dishwashing detergent No trash cans by outhouseBattery pack states in the description missingAsked the host about kayaking and he responded with name of lake that is privateOver all the location is beautiful but things that should have worked did not. I would not recommend staying here.
Our family loved the property, especially the creek running right by the cabin! My kids lived in the creek for our entire stay!

Hidden Gem
Amazing experience. We camped in the cabin during a thunderstorm and stayed completely dry. Loved having kitchen supplies available to prevent from packing. After dark - the lighting and campsite a vibe. This place is so serene and the perfect place to disconnect. Keep your food sealed and stored in hard containers to keep critters out!

Sunner vacation sendoff
Wanted to be in the woods camping with my two children their spouses and all of my grandchildren away from the hustle of everyday life and it did not disappoint we loved it all it is described as and more beautiful setting and gracious hosts we will be returning we have found our meeting place ❤️recommend
This quaint little cabin is pretty amazing. The cabin is just the perfect size, open view w/ roll down shades makes the most amazing stay for a camping experience. We loved everything about this place, to include the fire pit and string lights! We recommend bringing flashlights as well, as it does get dark due to the surrounding shade, the solar powered lights come on once it's dark, you will need to see before dusk.
