March 2025 We had a wonderful stay at Villas del Vigia. Liceth was so pleasant and very helpful making dinner and cab reservations, as well as quickly attending to questions about the condo and surrounding area. The view from the condo and pool is breathtaking. Million $$$ view. Very spacious and well furnished condo. Nice 30 mins down hill walk to the beach and restaurants. 150 Pesos cab ride back. If you're looking for a quiet, well appointed place to stay, Villas del Vigia is the place. Can't wait to come back.

The view is worth the splurge

This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. A water dispenser was provided so we didn't need to worry about going to the store for bottled water. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals at home. Beautiful tastefully decorated suite. Our balcony was divine and we spent many quiet nights at home enjoying the view. There is also a good sized pool on the property with lounge chairs that we never got around to using. You will want a car if you stay here but Playa la Ropa is a short drive down the hill with tons of great restaurants and parking was easy to find.
