Nice beds, good breakfast with strong cofee, cakes. Fruit, noodles and a LOT of other stuff. Have a nice pool as well. Value for money! Friendly straff and modern rooms. Air condition works fine. Checking in and out went easily.
Recommended hotel as very convenient for shopping and food. Have stayed in this hotel each time I am in Zhuhai. The staffs from the very moment you enter the hotel till the housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. Will return when I am in Zhuhai.
Hotel is fine and astonishing clean. Checkin and checkout was for Chinese standard acceptable - restaurant in 4th floor is fine, can be recommended. Bar in 6th floor is sure not the cheapest. All in- go for it
Read reviews and official recommendations so decided to bring my family to stay here for the convenience to cross over to Macau. Came here on my child’s birthday. Hotel check in lady promised us complimentary birthday cake and a box of cookies for his birthday but we have waited for two nights.( reminded them, but not done)! First day came in see small and old furnished room! The carpet was with crumbs and snack wrappers. Asked the housekeeping to vacuum and tipped her. Now it’s 4:40am. They have given me a morning call which I didn’t asked for! Woke me up and I can sleep again!!!! Other then that it’s really near to cross cities train station, bus station and Macau border gate. All within walking distance.
..is ok. Stayed up on the 17the floor. Great view of the border. Great choice of movies if wanting to stay in for a couple of hours. Location is prime for Macao border crossing. Breakfast is "so-so" but that's my personal opinion. Bed sheets had a "wet" smell. Ordered a bloody Mary up on the 23rd floor; took ages to be served to me and when I did eventually get it, it we wasn't what I ordered. But the views are stunning by night. I would personally come back here, it's not too bad. But its not the 'best' .
The hotel is situated in a busy area close to the border with Macau. Very popular with those wishing to visit both Macau and Zhuhai. Reception was welcoming and very efficient. Room to be very was outstanding for the price, well-appointed, clean and with good wifi access. Breakfast was buffet style with a very good choice of Asian and European food. Where this hotel misses out is the availability of lounge and bar resources outside peak times. Both the lobby lounge and the top floor lounge finished serving well before their advertised opening times. The top floor had stopped serving by 11.00 pm, despite a notice on the door stipulating that closing was at midnight. For a traveller arriving in late evening this was totally unacceptable - a mini bar was available in the room, but that is neither a solution nor an excuse.
The views, the staff, the amenities, and the room was near perfect. The only complaint I had was with the AC. I could not get the room temperature below 25 degrees Cel. In humid Zhuhai, I like a cold room, especially to sleep in. Also, the bathtub took over 30 minutes to fill. Not enough water supply to get it filled any faster. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many western choices. The dining room was a bit noise with the kids, but that is to be expected in China. I highly recommend the hotel if you can fit the lofty pricing into your budget. It is a stones throw from the Macau crossing.
Recommended hotel The spa in level 3 is perfect The breakfast is good but maybe not enough for western people. The rooms is clean and very big. Close to the Macao border. There is a lot of shops only 1 step from the hotel.
I have been staying at this hotel off and on for several years when I am in Zhuhai and always find it good for what I need. It is close to the Border to Macau and all the night spots in Zhuhai so it is very convenient. Not so much in favor of the "open" bathroom design but it is what it is.
Although the name of this hotel made me think it would be very Asian-oriented, it is actually a really international hotel. Located close to the Macau border crossing and right over the massive underground shopping plaza, it is a convenient place to stay in Zhuhai. Just behind the hotel are open-air restaurants for local flavor.
