Das Haus liegt sehr gut und nah am Ostseestrand, wir konnten jeden Tag Fahrradtouren machen und haben das Auto nicht benötigt. Zudem konnten wir mehrfach mit der UBB fahren, die Haltestelle war sehr nah.Im Haus ist das Schwimmbad und die Sauna, Klasse.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Haus zu Gast, und lieben diesen Ort, Schwimmbad im Haus wer möchte kann auch Saunieren. Gepflegte Anlage und nicht weit vom Strand. Ruhige Lage ist (biss auf die Bahn die man hört) für uns immer wieder einen Urlaub Wert.

bei Check -in sollten wir Schlüssel in Büro abholen oder Assistentin soll zu Ort kommen.. in jede mail ist es anders beschrieben..man wird irre...Parkplätze sind extra Groß beschrieben bis auf die letzten.. man muss erst aussteigen und sein Parkplatz suchenfür das das wir für Endreinigung so viel Geld bezahlen müssen ist von uns noch Müll zu rastragen und Maschine einschaltenBalkon war nicht sauber in Schlafzimmer kaum Luft und Bad genausodas Bett in Wohnzimmer hat flecken das war nicht schön..

Perfekt!

Nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, ermöglicht diese Ferienwohnung mit einem geräumigen Balkon einen sorglosen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung enthält auch die kleineren Dinge des Alltagsbedarfs.Pool und Sauna im Keller des gepflegten Hauses bieten zusätzliche Entspannung. Hervorzuheben sind auch die überdachte Fahrradabstellanlage, der geräumige Parkplatz und der Fahrstuhl. Der Check-in in Koserow verlief reibungslos und dank der Anreise mit dem Auto auch unkompliziert.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut in Schuss. Alles nötige kann man finden und zwar in ordentlichenm Zustand,die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß. Selbst ( Zuhause unwichtige aber im Urlaub oft fehlende )Kleinigkeiten wie Wäscheklammern und ein paar Tupperdosen haben wir entdeckt.Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, der öffentliche Parkplatz vor dem Gelände war trotz Saison fast leer.Der Pool/ Sportraum im Keller ist tadellos, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Sauna kann ich nicht beurteilen weil nicht benutzt.Check-in im Nachbarort ging freundliche und ohne Probleme, es gab 2 x alle Schlüssel, damit man auch mal in 2 Grüppchen was unternehmen kann.Ich hätte mich gefreut, wenn das defekte Aussenrollo beim Einchecken erwähnt worden wäre. Kein Problem wenn was defekt ist, aber schön wenn es der Gast vorher weiß, das spart Nerven Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zum fairen Preis in der Sommersaison.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Top Ausstattung der Wohnung, top Ausstattung des Objekts, top Sauberkeit, perfekte Parkplatzgestaltung. Die Lage ist super - Ostseestrand und Achterwasser in der Nähe; Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig erreichbar oder in der näheren Umgebung. +Die Wohnung war sehr nett. Es war alles da was man brauchte und man fühlte sich wohl. -Was meine Stimmung allerdings immer sinken lies, war der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche. Man hoffte immer genügend Wasser zu haben um sich abduschen zu können.

Kurzurlaub im März

Er war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. In der kühleren Jahreszeit ist es schön ; nach einem Spaziergang eine Sauna und einen kl. Pool in der Unterkunft zu haben. Wir haben es genutzt. Die Ruhe im Haus und die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Im Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad und Sauna. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die gegen Entgelt genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr ruhig im Haus, Fahrräder können untergestellt werden und Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zur Hauptstraße, diese hört man doch sehr, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Der Strand ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage. Vor allem das Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist in ca 5 min zu erreichen, wir haben die Zeit da sehr genossen.
