Sehr zu empfehlen,haben uns wohl gefühlt

Sehr gepflegte Anlage,ruhig gelegen.Strandnah.Zur UBB in 7 min gelaufen.Alles vorhanden was man braucht(nur Topflappen haben wir vermisst).Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Man fühlt sich wohl und kann den Urlaub genießen.Too ist natürlich der Pool.

Appartmentanlage Südwind

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut haben uns das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Haus zur im Preis enthaltenen Nutzung gefallen. Bis zum Strand waren es nur ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg. Für das leibliche Wohl standen in unmittelbarer Umgebung genügend Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Auch für unseren Hund, der mit anreisen durfte. Wir werden diese Apartmentanlage sicher nochmal buchen.

Strandnah und sehr erholsam

Zempin atmet an der See und am Achterwasser noch ein wenig den Charme eines alten Fischerdorfes. Die moderne Ferienwohnung fügt sich harmonisch ein und ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Eroberung der versteckten Geheimnisse der ganzen Insel, fernab vom Trubel der Kaiserbäder. Danke dafür!

Wir haben die täglichen Radtouren sehr genossen.Am später Nachmittag konnte man dann die Muskeln in Sauna und Bad lockern und sich auf dem schönen Balkon entspannen.Hier passt alles!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Sache die uns nicht gefallen hat. Und das waren die Matratzen. Die waren leider eine Katastrophe (man hat jede Feder gemerkt). Ansonsten können wir nur positives berichten. Der Pool im Keller ist auch sehr schön dem einen oder anderen aber vielleicht zu kalt.

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich pudelwohl. Das Schwimmbad ist top gerade bei nicht so schönem Wetter und abends zur Bewegung und zum Ausspannen. Vielen Dank!

In der Hauptsaison würde ich nicht buchen, das wäre mir zu voll.

Sehr sauberes Objekt, besonders für Radler geeignet, da Durchgangsstraße selbst im November noch sehr voll. Saunalandschaft sehr gut, wenn sich alle an die Regeln halten und nicht, wie in meinem Falle, eine kinderreiche Familie diesen Bereich als Spielplatz betrachtet. Negativ war die fehlende Infomappe in unserem Appartement.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Minikind hat den Pool ausgiebig genutzt, das Maxikind den Fitnessraum! Ich fand den Fahrstuhl sehr angenehm. Kann man nur empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe vom Meer

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit schönem Balkon in einem gepflegten Haus. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell am Strand. Auch der Hundestrand ist in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Von der Planung, Kommunikation mit Besitzer bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Von Zempin konnte man vielseitige Ausflüge mit den Rad machen. Für das Wetter kann man niemanden verantwortlich machen, denn es gibt kein schlechtes Wetter nur schlechte Kleidung. In dem Sinne kommen wir immer wieder gern und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Rund um zufrieden!!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Appartement mit einem Ausblick in die grünen Baumkronen. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt . Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne, erholsame Zeit verbracht.

Eine sehr schöne und optimal geeignete Ferienwohnung

Dank des Personenaufzugs war der Transport des Urlaubsgepäcks in die Wohnung recht einfach. Der Weg bis zum Strand ist allerdings ca. 600 m weit, aber für einen gesunden Geher kein Problem. In der Nachsaison ist Strandkorbmieten unkompliziert. Auf diesen 600 m gibt's genügend Punkte zum Essen und Trinken. Letztendlich ist Zempin ein ruhiger erholsamer Ort, besser geeignet als die völlig auch und der Nachsaison überlaufenen Kaiserbäder. Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen, zumal wir bestes Wetter hatten und in der näheren Umgebung viele interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gab, wie z.B. den neuen Baumwipfelpfad in Heringsdorf und die interessante Seebrücke in Koserow.

Ferienwohnung gut, alles vorhanden, gut organisierte Parkmöglichkeit. Leider funktionierte der Haustürschlüssel nicht an der Eingangstür, Zugang nur durch Keller möglich!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das App. Haus liegt nahe der Bundesstraße. Man hört den Autoverkehr. Allerdings ist der Strand und Restaurant nicht weit (5 Min. zu Fuß). Die Fahrradtouren können problemlos vom App. Haus gestartet werden. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Schönes Appartement in Strandnähe

Gepflegtes Appartement im 2. OG, mit Aufzug aber gut erreichbar, großer Balkon, morgens sonnig, leider ist der Verkehrlärm von der Hauptstrasse doch sehr deutlich zu hören, trotz Lage in der 2. Reihe, bei geschlossenen Fenstern erträglich.
