Luxuriously furnished, recently finished, each of the 95m² suites offers a top class holiday experience. The suite is divided in two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living room with lake view. We accommodate up to 7 people. The highlight: Our guests enjoy a private terrace for early morning breakfast or relaxed evening hours with stunning lake views on top!A stone throw far away the lake, the romantic old town of Zell am See at the back – Welcome to Villa Julia. The cable car city express, the railway station and the old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need to spoil their beloved ones: Fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Whether on snowy winter days or sunny summer trips the central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature. We take care of the small things and provide our guests with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.

Long weekend in Zell am See

We spent a couple of days in Zell am See during the summer. Generally everything was fine and according to the listing. The only thing was the disturbing tran which was really close to us, and disturbed our stay during day and night.

Apartment with significant potential

The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and boasts a fantastic location, providing a delightful view of the lake and mountains. It's convenient position allows for pleasant daily walks along the lakefront and easy access to Zell am See's center. To enhance its appeal and create a warmer atmosphere, the apartment would greatly benefit from some redecoration. Additionally, basic maintenance tasks, such as fixing the toilet roll holder, need attention. We encountered difficulty with the microwave, and the absence of instructions for the appliances did not make it easier. The TV is outdated and better suited as a computer monitor due to its size. It's worth noting that arriving on a bank holiday in Zell am See makes it challenging to purchase even essential items, so it would be beneficial if the accommodation offered welcome packs. Lastly, it's important to mention that the nearby railway creates regular noise from passing trains, which may bother some individuals. Overall, Villa Julia is an acceptable apartment with significant potential for improvement.
