Check in was quick and efficient, with the staff speaking excellent English. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy, although because it’s a city location it’s very noisy outside until the early hours of the morning. We had a hire car whilst there and used the hotel car park which you access via a ‘car lift’, this is an experience, don’t try and park a large car there, the lift is tight and the car park even tighter. My only slight complaint was that the hotel bar was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, despite notices in the lift saying that it was open. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy walking distance fro the hotel. The main reason for our stay was to attend the MotoGP in Aragon, it’s a good 1hr 20mins drive, but it’s a nice scenic drive.

It could not be better considering price and quality of services. Ask for a room with a view. Newish, clean, well looked after. Breakfast room at road level full of light. Buffet very varied both international and spanish food. Vetry attentive and friendly restaurant service.

The location is ideal being only 10 minutes walk into the main historic part of the city one way and 5 minutes walk the other way to the Palace. The staff were all very friendly , the rooms were clean and the breakfast had a very good selection. Overall excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night to break our drive from Valencia to Barcelona. Although very well located, we couldn't find the hotel at first. Our GPS kept directing us to a Hotel Hesperia. It was only later that we discovered that the NH is the ex-Hesperia and name has not yet been changed. The hotel is clean, and room was comfortable enough, but the hotel reception has a generally shabby appearance. The staff at reception was very helpful. The room was clean, and completely functional. One of the strangest things with this hotel was the parking. You had to enter an outside lift, together with the car, which takes you down to the basement levels. Parking was free. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel for a short 1 or 2 days break, but not for longer. I must say that Zaragoza impressed us with its beautiful square, its marketplace, its shopping streets, etc. It's certainly worth a one or two day visit.

We've been staying at this hotel (former Hesperia Zaragoza) every year for the last 9. Right between the city centre and my parents' flat, with very good prices (even better with their NH Rewards scheme!), and the service quality is second to none. It's like a home away from home for us.

The hotel was very close to the central part of Zaragoza, maybe a 10 minute walk max. The service of staff was amazing, they were really lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. It was a little dated but was a pleasant stay. One point to note, there was no sign for NH externally, only the Hesperia, but my helpful taxi driver helped me understand I was in the right place.

Hotel o.k about what to expect from a normal 3 Star Hotel, the only downside was the one waiter we had for 3 mornings was very lazy continually staying behind the Bar whilst Bread, Hot water for tea, coffee etc would run out, the last day the waiter was very good however.

The hotel is in a rather tatty area of town which doesn't make for the best first impressions. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the large spacious room and comfortable bed. The air-conditioning was also a relief with the current heatwave. Take bus number 34 from Delicias trains station (1.35 euro per person) and it will get you almost directly opposite the hotel (2nd Conde de Aranda stop).

central, with easy access to all parts of the city using bus or tram clean, nice breakfast, and helpful personnel. the only disadvantage for me, since I was staying in the 2nd floor, was the really bad view from the window. would definitely visit again

I like NH hotels and I stayed for 2 nights in Zaragoza. This particular one was in a great location just in the center. The room was so old, it was ok, but for the price it's a bit too much. There was a celebration the day we were there and the noise was so loud apparently there is no isolation as it's old, we couldn't sleep.
