It features two fully furnished bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a comfortable sofa bed, and a spacious living area, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. The space is stylishly decorated, modern, and very well maintained.

You’ll find air conditioning with heating (split system) for comfort year-round, and an elevator in the building adds convenience to your stay.

As a guest, you will have access to:

The apartment is located in one of Zaragoza’s most central and desirable areas, just steps from everything, historic landmarks, shops, cafes, and restaurants. From here, you can easily walk to Plaza del Pilar, the Central Market, and some of the city’s most vibrant streets. It’s a lively yet safe area where everything you need is close by.

With everything within walking distance, you may not even need public transport. Still, the area is well served by buses and trams, connecting you easily to the train station and other parts of Zaragoza.

Just 10 minutes walk from Plaza del Pilar and the Cathedral of La Seo. Less than 15 minutes walk from the Central Market and 20 minutes from the Aljafería Palace.

It is also just 10 minutes from the famous gastronomic area of El Tubo, where you can try a typical “tapas”.

It is also close to busy streets full of stores such as Calle Alfonso, Paseo de Independencia and Plaza de España.

The accommodation is located on the fourth floor. It is possible to take the elevator.

Due to its magnificent and central location you may hear some noise during your stay.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car free of charge in the surroundings of the accommodation.

There is Split-type air conditioning and heating.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
