This hotel is perfectly situated, nice, airy rooms and very efficient and friendly professionals in the reception. We had a problem when we arrived and it was solved in a friendly and relaxed way. Most satisfactory. Rolf S.
Good location once you work your way through the pedestrian area to the hotel entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the city centre at night was very interesting and busy.
The hotel is situatèd verý near the Basilica and the bridge, màking iþs location very convenient. The tram stops in front of the hotel too. With nice modern looking rooms, ampĺe selection for breakfast and friendlý staff. I especially love how they write at breakfast, "whàt woùld you like? Just tell our waiters!"
The hotel is fine, but there is no food on Sundays at all, not even room service. Most local restaurants are also closed in the evening, so unfortunate guests have to forage locally. This is not the desired outcome after a hard day's driving.
Great location within meters of the main plaza with bright, clean, airy modern rooms at reasonable rates. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful it was a pleasure dealing with them. However, breakfast service is not something I'd use again. I navigated the breakfast buffet without any staff in sight but came unstuck at the coffee machine having selected a Grand Cafe (option 4 I thought), it overflowed the cup provided to the very evident exasperation of a newly appeared waitress who shouted Stop, Stop, Stop (which I would have done if I knew how) She then escorted me to another machine and chose an Expresso for me and went about very brusquely clearing the mess I made. Highly embarassed, I could not get out of there quick enough! Cheaper, friendly cafes on the plaza for breakfast next time.
Located on a busy road next to the river and right near the Pilar Basilica. This is a safe choice. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. It has all the facilities you need with good wifi. We did find that parking was bit of a problem. It was over 20 Euros per night and the entrance is not easy to find. So we parked in the parking garage underneath the main square nearby only about 1 Euro per night cheaper but more accessible. Service was fine except it took the man at reception 20 minutes to check us in. I later realised he was new but why he was fiddling so long with our passports was a mystery. Otherwise very good value for money.
The hotel is really well placed for the Basilica, shopping and El Tubo. There is a tram stop right outside which is the only downside to the hotel as they can be a bit noisy early in the morning but great for sightseeing! Breakfast is excellent with a very expansive choice of cereals, fruit, juice, cold meats etc. There is also bacon, eggs and sausages cooked to order.
You get there what you expect from a business hotel: close to public transportation and train station, walking distance from city center, excellent breakfast. Only concern for me was the gym : modern and clean but extremely tiny, size of a room or so.....
I booked this NH hotel because I like NH Hotels and was hoping that I wouldn't be disappointed. I wasn't and this stay was up to what a 4 Star hotel should be and more. The location of this NH as it's within walking distance to Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and other important sights of Zaragoza. The room was very spacious and comfortable, it also has private parking. I congratulate NH for making this stay memorable for me and my guest from Colombia. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
Great location - and has an underground car park which is secure but a little fiddly to get in and out of - it was a lovely spacious room, nice linen, big beds and excellent facilities therein. Very clean throughout..
