In transit to Ordesa y Monte Perdido, we stayed there for one night but our stay was pleasant. The hotel is adjacent the train and bus station, we traveled by the bus with baggage thus we found the location is superb convenient. Our room was facing the main street, the mountain view in the far side was fantastic. The room is big, clean, bed was comfortable, got everything we needed. Most impressive was the service - the staff was very helpful. My friend needed to change her plan and got to board a train for Barcelona in a few hours. It was at late night, the Renfe ticket office was closed, she got to purchase the ticket online but everything in Spanish (we don't know Spanish). The staff supported her all the way until the ticket was successfully booked online. Thanks for their help, she could reserve the last ticket for the train she selected ! We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Zaragoza !

This hotel is very close to the bus and railway station. If you have heavy bags, it is very convenient to stay here. The city centre is a bit further away, but there are many busses there, so that is not a problem. I found it a bit dissappointing that I had asked for a non smoking room and the room definitely smelled like people had been smoking there in the past. Other than that, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable. I did not use the breakfast facilities.

Eurostars Plaza Delicias is an excellent, new and modern hotel located in front of the new railway station of Zaragoza. It is a perfect location, if you need catch the train. If not, it is an excellent hotel with a fantàstic rate Quality/price (55euros/double room by night with parking and breakfast buffet included). The room is big and it has always we need, it is comfortable and it is a place to stay quietly and enjoy. The breakfast was very good, it has not many things, but you can taste english breakfast, cured sausages, cheeses and many cakes. Moreover, the staff from the reception and in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Summarizing: a fantàstic hotel in Zaragoza. On the other hand, the hotel is far from the center, and it is possible you catch a taxi to go there.

I booked a romantic package for my wife and I. The package made me decide this hotel. It consited of cava, and free breakfast and romantic room. The only one we got was breakfast, and even that was disappointing (the cakes had blue mould)... They gave us 2 very small beds with no sheets on the first night. We were very cold. The shower is either hot or cold - not in the middle. and I never seen a matress on top of cardboard ... very unprofessional. The room was full of dust and the staff were not at all helpful. I would have expected them to change us hotels if they couldnt give us a double bed (which was a romantic package) for the weekend, they had two other hotels in the city... its disappointing... The hote website has this advertised as 4stars, but other companies as 3 stars.... to be honest i would give this a maximum 1 star.... I cannot say anything good about this hotel and I have been to over 350 hotels in 38 countries this has to be one of the worst i visited.... I can only say the receiptionist when we checked out on Sunday morning gave us some ice which we asked for as my wife had a migraine.

Well located as a stopover on our way from Altea to Santander. Easy access from the. Motorway and secure garage parking. Note. The restaurant is currently only open Monday to Thursday evenings. There are restaurants nearby. Good efficient hotel for an overnight stay.

The rooms in this hotel are tired but pleasant and clean. However the bar/restaurant area is an absolute disaster. There was only one member of staff doing reception, bar and table service. We went up to the bar to order a drink. We waited for ages while she was clearing tables etc. We placed the order for one of our drinks and before we could order the second one she walked away to serve someone who was coming up to the bar to pay. Then she walked off into the kitchen and came out with food for a table. When she arrived back at the bar we repeated our orders and she told us to find a table and she would bring them to us. We waited for about 30 minutes whilst she served people, cleared tables, disappeared to reception and then finally she brought them to our table. We woould have been quite happy to have our drink at the bar as their were bar stools but she did not seem to want anyone there. We had to beg for a menu. The menu was not good and at that point we would have walked out to find somewhere else to eat but there was nowhere really in the vicinity. It took about 45 minutes for our order to arrive by which time we had nearly lost the will to live!. Finally when it arrived it was very so-so and they had got the order wrong anyway. We could not stand the service any more so we ate what we had been given. We saw that we were not the only ones to experience this lack of service or attention to detail. The restaurant area is furnished like a canteen and not at all welcoming. There is not enough rooms for the tables, which are mismatched, so getting in and out of a chair involves disturbing or bumping into other diners. Needs a total rethink. There was water dripping on to the staircase from the ceiling and it looked as if this had been going on for some time as the water had bubbled and stained the ceiling to a diameter of about 1500mm. We would never return to this hotel.

The hotel gives you the feeling of a big hotel, not personalized, a bit outdated, but could not be better to come and go to find out about the trains AVE comes and leaves from here . Train station is literally inside the hotel. We came driving from Rioja region and we were going to drop car at Las Delicias train station but very tricky >>Once you enter for the drop off its like a maze with no signs where to drop car.

Although directly across from the train station, the hotel is a bit hard to find - it is off the street and there is no signage on the street that I saw. Room 613 was small but quiet, and in good condition. The a/c worked great, which is important in this part of the world. Room service is available, unusual for a 3-star property. The bed was firm, which I like. One oddity was that "Celebrity pillows" are available for the asking (Marilyn Monroe, James Dean etc.) each with different qualities, described vividly. The wi-fi was also odd: some sites worked fine, but I couldn't load others. Oddity #3: I filled out the breakfast request card and hung it on my door handle, as normal, but the next morning it was still there, and no breakfast was delivered. But I could have gotten a Marilyn Monroe pillow! very funny... Also, the water was very hot in the shower, and a bit hard to control. Overall, the place is quirky but fine, especially for the 50 euros it cost!

I've stayed here with my beau. It's conveniently located, clean, and the breakfast isn't bad, but neither of us like the two twin beds jammed together situation. Do we look like Ward and June Cleaver? Even the wholesome Mike and Carol Brady had a regular bed. Meh. Aside from that, it's way, way, way better than a hostel, especially given the price.

We stayed in Zaragoza overnight connecting by train from Barcelona to the Basque Country. The location of the hotel was perfect for our purposes, just minutes away from both the train and bus station. Late check in was not an issue and a very convenient bus took us to the city centre from just outside the hotel. Rooms are a bit small but OK and the bathroom pretty new and clean. The room price was very low too!
