AC Hotel Zaragoza Los Enlaces by Marriott4.0 out of 5.0

The hotel is away from the old and the sightseeing. It looks like more of a business hotel. We stayed only one night and the price/quality balance was ok for us. Despite the AC Hotels policy not to give a free breakfast to platinum members, the lady at the reception "was feeling generous"'that night (her own words) and gave it away. Much appreciated, as there is nothing decent to eat at in the vicinity. Note that the hotel parking is not very close, but it was not a problem for us as we could find a spot on the street. The old town and Aljafeira are about 10 minute drive.
We stayed at AC Hotel Zaragoza a week ago. The reservation was last minute as we checked out the craziness of Pamplona and decided a mellower evening was in order before returning to Barcelona. Eduardo, who was the manager on premises at the time was an unexpected surprise. He greeted us. Extended an upgraded room. Was so gracious, helpful and nice. He is one of the best manager's I've ever encountered at a Marriott. As a Platinum member I've seen many properties. And true to Marriott form, all are very good. Some are exceptional. This is a pleasant find in the middle of Spain. Thank you Eduardo.
I chose this hotel due to good reviews and being part of Marriott. Hotel is a very modern, clean, sleek, business hotels. Rooms are in very good shape. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices, considering it is a business hotel. Free wifi. Self parking is off site and costs extra, it is located in parking garage across building, a bit inconvenient. There was plenty of free parking in the adjacent residential areas. There is no pool. Bathroom was modern, spacious and well appointed. Rooms are comfortable, Bed, AC all good. Front desk staff, Sr. Eduardo, was incredibly nice. Hotel is a bit outside city center, but within easy and affordable access via bus or taxi. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Only negative, although now a non smoking hotel, it does have a minor lingering smoke smell in hallways, so maybe it was a smoking hotel at some point, but no smell in room.
Was there for a business trip a few times. Breakfast was good specially the fresh juice and fruits! Enjoyed also the location- something around for work out- stores and fitness also available! Could recommend the hotel also the reception girl was helpful as Infekt sick one day - keep going and make your customers happy. By the way bed and room was comfy and clean to ! To get the last start do something els like Sauna, pool , jacuzzi or better range of international tv channels ;-) See you soon !
Couldn't ask for a better stay at a hotel for a conference for the price. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts are good.. Nice Nespresso coffee machine but not tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
A comfortable reasonably priced friendly AC hotel with helpful staff who make you feel welcome, and are happy to go the extra mile and make sure you enjoy your stay in Zaragoza. Parking is available very close by, as is a great place to eat! Breakfast is adequate. Seating is comfortable, and lighting in the bedrooms and public areas good. Location is fine, a short bus ride to the old town, museums and main sights.
Very nice and updated hotel. Good place to stay for a business trip, as it is not far away from the train station (5 mins. by taxi). Excellent service, specially Eduardo at the reception, who was welcoming and very professional. The bed was very comfortable, and the room (an executive) was very spacious. Spotlessly clean bathroom. The hotel is located a little bit out of town, so if you are going out in the evening this might not be the best choice.
An AC hotel like they should be. Located 20 minutes walking from the centre on the outskirts of the city. Easily reachable from the airport and the highway. Clean and basic rooms. No facilities besides a small Gym. The hotel offers paid parkings around the corner. Breakfast is served daily and is very nice for this type of venue. Staff are very helpful and friendly. As a business hotel for a short stay I would give the place 5 stars. But overall as a hotel in a big city I have to give only 3.
Arrived early evening and checked in to a small but functional room. Hotel was located near local dining, walking distance. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. First hotel in Spain that I was able to control the air condition. Near a park and was able to get in a quick run before departing the hotel. It was a good location and restful stay for the short period of time we were there
Our room was very nice, quiet and well appointed. A bit on the small size but comfortable to other Europesn hotels. The bathroom, however, considerably larger than most European hotels. We'd definately stay here again!
