Appartment sehr schön, mit ein paar kleinen Einschränkungen :-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben. Was ggf. nicht für jeden ein Problem darstellt. 1. Keine nahegelegene Parkmöglichkeit. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass ein Parkplatz mit zu der Wohnung gehört. Wir mussten dann nochmal zu der ohnehin sehr teuren Wohnung noch 15 EUR pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlen. Wenn man das weiß, ist das ok. 2. Es gibt nur eine Bettdecke. Das war für uns ein Problem. In der Regel möchte jeder seine eigene Bettdecke haben, alles andere führt zu keinem erholsamen Schlaf :-D 3. Leider ist zur Reinigung nur ein kleiner Kehrbesen vorhanden. Das macht es etwas umständlich, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. 4. :-D die Toilette ist wirklich sehr sehr klein. Da muss man sich dann eher seitlich drauf setzen oder die Tür offen lassen. Gewöhnt man sich aber doch schneller dran, als gedacht.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht

Insgesamt war das Appartement okay. Beim Appartement direkt gibt es keine Parkplätze. Die, die es gibt sind öffentlich und in der Regel belegt. Heißt die An-und Abreise ist etwas schwierig. Zudem liegt die Wohnung an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße, so dass es beim Schlafen immer sehr laut ist! Generell ist es in dem Haus sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn oben, unten, rechts und links. Erholung sieht anders aus. Das Badezimmer ist schön gemacht. Das WC ist extra. Der Raum ist so klein, dass Leute ab einer Größe von 1,70m die Tür während dem Toilettengang nicht schließen können. Der Balkon ist okay. Das Bild im Internet suggeriert einen größeren Balkon und ist somit irreführend. Das Appartement war nicht sauber als wir ankamen. Auf dem Sofa waren Chips zu finden, Haare vom Vormieter im Bett, Küche dreckig. Wir haben das reklamiert und es kam auch direkt jemand zum putzen aber bei diesem Preis erwarten wir eine andere Sauberkeit. Geschirr war okay. Leider gab es nur eine Teetasse. Bei diesem Appartement zahlt man lediglich die Nähe zum Strand alles andere ist den Preis nicht wert. Internet war stabil und schnell.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit schönem Balkon

Perfekt. Sauber, modern, zentral gelegen, Parkplatz um die Ecke. Alles Räume super nutzbar, klassisch modern mit LCD Fernseh. Wenn ich in den Krümeln suchen müsste, hätte ich folgende Punkt: - Aufgang in die erste Etage typisch schmales Treppenhaus - Toilette recht klein. mit 1,9m Größe konnte ich gerade so die Tür schließen. _ Küche keine Abluft jedoch Fenster in der Nähe. Großer Pluspunkt: Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Balkontür. Dieser wurde von uns gemeldet und von der Agentur schnell, sauber und anonym gelöst. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wenn ich wieder nach Zandvoort komme, werde ich diese Unterkunft wieder anfragen. Danke.

Schönes Apartment, top Lage

Eigentlich hätten wir gerne volle 5 Sterne gegeben, wenn die Sauberkeit zufriedenstellend gewesen wäre. Aber wenn man trotz üppiger Reinigungsgebühr teilweise Fußnägel und Scherben auf dem Fußboden findet, muss man einen Stern abziehen. Ansonsten top!
