The space:
This private villa is set over three floors: a two-storey maisonette on the top floors of the villa and an independent ground floor area.

The first level of the maisonette consists of a nicely decorated and furnished open plan living room which leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen. A Wc is also available on this floor.

An interior staircase leads to the upper level, which is consisted of two double bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Due to its exceptional location, attention to detail, airy interiors and private garden with swimming pool, this villa is the perfect choice both for a group of friends or a large family looking for a truly relaxing holiday yet in easy reach of the sea, Zante town and the airport.

Villa's guests will have an absolute privacy, being able to enjoy unlimited pool access on the private pool or relax on the sunbeds. Moreover, Bbq facilities and a poolside shaded outdoor lounging and dining area are available for the exclusive use of the villa's guests.

We totally respect our guests’ privacy. That being said, we will be available for assistance 24/7 and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips about Zakynthos.

Other things to note:
"flexible" Check-in/-out time:
We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if there is a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 1-2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
