Villa Matina is an elegant private pool villa located at one of
the most popular areas of Zakynthos, Agios Sostis, and combines calmness as
well as many options for eating, shopping, clubbing or other leisure activities
in a very small distance. Escape from the daily routine and find the ideal
holiday destination here where we are more than happy to welcome you.

The villa can
accommodate 6+2 guests in 100m2 in 3 bedrooms and one double sofa bed in the
living room. Entering the villa you are located in the living room and on your
right hand you can see the open style kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are located
next to the living room, after a small hall located in front of the entrance.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds that can be
joined. The shower bathroom is also located in this part of the house. Next to
the kitchen, on the right part of the accommodation you will find the master
bedroom with a double bed, queen size, and a private bathtub bathroom. The cozy
and modern decoration of the house will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.












The outdoor area is
very spacious and you can have your barbecue in calmness or enjoy the sun lying
on a sun bed next to the pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Could not have been nicer

Villa Matina was the perfect place for our family holiday- spacious, private and well equipped. An easy walk into Laganas for some hustle and bustle, some lovely beach bars and restaurants even closer than that. Filippos who met us on the first day to let us in was super helpful.
