An old and very beautiful, traditional home, built in an idyllic landscape is what inspired us to create this wonderful villa putting a lot of personal effort and love into it. After a grave and diligent reconstruction in order to ensure complete comfort, but also with respect to the house’s history so that the style, color and aesthetics are not altered, we have completed our vision of a hospitable and friendly home. Our main concern was to preserve all the aspects that connect the building with the history of the area and its inhabitants.
The rocky terrain that penetrated the house like a work of art has been highlighted in the most resourceful way and tied to the contemporary construction materials in harmony. At the same time we took great care to offer the visitor all means necessary to satisfy the contemporary needs for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A beautiful swimming pool has also been added in order for guests to enjoy relaxing moments and general well being. Surrounded by perennial olive trees, with green hills in the background and a view of the island’s coast as well as the blue Ionian Sea, the villa offers serenity and peacefulness in abundance, thus creating a refuge of beauty, relaxation and rest that will charm the visitor.

Unique house with a fabulous view
We had a great vacation. The house, swimmingpool, the view and the environment are beautiful. Dimitris is very helpfull and so is the housekeeping and the poolman. Thanks for the good care, we enjoyed our stay in Villa Aria!

Wunderschöne Ferien
Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der schönen Villa wohlgefühlt. Dimitrios hat uns sehr gut betreut und das Haus wurde jeden Tag gepflegt und der Abfall entsorgt.
Der Ausblick war ein Traum und wir haben die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen.

Absolutely Marvelous from A to Z
Venue and view perfect, Spyros and Sofia as well as staff cared like friends, regularly 2-3 days clean and care as well as welcome package consisting of home made fruits, honey and olive oil. Fresh fruits more often.
Like living in a perfect hotel at friends! Absolutely amazing holidays!

Ausgezeichnete und ruhige Lage.
Hochwertige Ausstattung. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terasse und atemberaubende Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer. Die Vermieter Spyros und Sofia sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Und machen alles um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch der Service für die Reinigung des Hauses und des Pools war einfach Spitze. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und können das Häuschen sehr weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen erholsamen Urlaub.
