Set in a beautiful quiet location amongst the Olive groves with panoramic views of Kefalonia and mainland Greece . The property is in an ideal peaceful location yet just 10 minutes drive from Zakynthos town and 15 minutes walk from Tsilivi beach and resort .
Set over 3 floors the accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen / breakfast area with a large panoramic window overlooking the pool and sea . Feature archway into the living room which opens onto a large shaded veranda overlooking the pool and Ionian Sea . Cloakroom / WC with basement utility area with washing machine , iron and ironing board . The lower ground floor comprises an enormous bedroom that sleeps 3 , a kitchenette , shower room and large games / chill out room with sofas , bay table and stools , Smart TV and various toys and games . The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms - spacious master king with en-suite and walk in wardrobe area , 1 x twin room and a further double room and family bathroom with bath , overhead shower . All these rooms open out onto a covered terrace with far reaching views on all sides over the ocean to Kefalonia and the mainland . There are also table and chairs and a hanging basket to enjoy the beautiful views and sunrise . The outside area consists of enclosed grounds with natural stone walls , double entrance gates , carport for 2 cars , table tennis , gas and traditional bbq . The large private pool has a sun terrace & shaded pergola with sun loungers and outdoor sofas for the perfect chill out space
