Introducing the Dí.La Grand Vílla
Perched in Akrotiri, just a 7 minutes drive from Tsilivi sandy beach, a fusion of designer-led exteriors and authentic escapes combine at Dí.La Grand Vílla. Moulded from earthen materials, this bespoke home features privacy among all. With a captivating pool, bespoke sun beds, iconic outdoor settings & an outdoor signature “play tent”, this home has all the hallmarks of a unique hideout, but with a regional twist. Featuring six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one bedroom is wheelchair friendly), a Living/Kitchen area, open plan office, elevator, the architectural villa gem can comfortably welcome up to 18 guests to cherish a utopian holiday break with loved ones.

External Living | Private Pool 

This captivating sea-view residence lays in 5000m2 private land and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), and also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. For moments of light-hearted competition, the villa offers a ping-pong table, thoughtfully added to elevate your stay. There is sufficient parking space for up to 7 cars outside of the residence premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable private holiday experience. An outdoor shower is also featured for ultimate comfort. 


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views, the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks all the 6 bedrooms, plus the "Playroom Bedroom", gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating Residence boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 400m² indoor space. For those who wish to travel together with loved ones, but also have moments of privacy & seclusion, this home is the perfect choice.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts seven bedrooms ( two at the top floor are mezzanine style), a wheelchair friendly bedroom at the ground floor, a PlayRoom Bedroom (windowless space), a Living-Cum Lounge with open plan office corner, fully equipped kitchen, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. The two available mezzanine bedrooms also feature each an additional sofa bed for +2 more guests to be accommodated. +2 more guests can sleep at the Living Room Sofa, and +2 more Guests at the PlayRoom bunk-beds.

Ground Floor
A living Room (featuring a 55’’ Smart TV), Dining area & fully equipped Kitchen, with an office space & direct access to the pool area | 2 Guests can sleep at the Living Room Sofa • An additional shared bathroom is located in the ground floor featuring a walk in shower & washing machine • A wheelchair friendly bedroom, with Queen size bed (1.60x2.00) with en-suite bathroom & direct access to the pool is also featured in the ground floor • The villa features an elevator that can provide you access to all floors.

*Extra Summer 2026 Addition at the Ground Floor
A dedicated playroom is currently being designed for Summer 2026, thoughtfully created for our younger guests. It will be located on the ground floor, next to the living room (windowless space), and may also accommodate up to two additional guests, preferably children for sleeping at the available Bunk-Bed. First Floor
Three Premium Bedrooms are featured in this floor, each with their own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower & Queen Size Beds (1.60x2.00) with access to a balcony with sea views.

Second Floor
Two Master Bedrooms ( Mezzanine Style) with living cum area & a sofa that can sleep one more guest each, and a mezzanine open plan King Size Bed ( 1.80x.2.00) with access to a balcony featuring sea views • Each of the bedrooms feature also a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine each.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
