Astarte Villas - Arismari Beach Front Villa K1

Arismari Luxury Villas are located in the south eastern corner of Zakynthos and offer a spectacular view to the Peloponnese. They were built by local craftsmen using materials, and more particular stones, from the near vicinity. We believe that it’s a perfect example of how combining local materials, traditional architectural lines and a minimal and modern interior design not only does it ensure it suits perfectly to the environment but it also maximizes the spectacular hillside it occupies.

Each villa is made up of two floors and a spacious loft. In the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and in the first floor a kitchen, a living room and a guest’s bathroom. The loft includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offering an amazing view to the Ionian Sea. The loft is also the ideal spot to enjoy the breath-taking view of the sunrise, which you need to experience yourselves as words doesn’t do it justice.

The outdoor area is a large terrace build just upon the sea. The garden is a representative illustration of the regional flora of Porto Roma that is more dry compared to the rest of the island. The highlight of the veranda is a large infinity pool where you can spend a whole day figuring out at which point the sea andthe horizon become one. In the garden, you will also find a jacuzzi and a BBQ in case you would like to grill some fresh and locally sourced food.
The villa is soundproofed and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers, free toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and slippers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

The villa grounds are stunning, great pool and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and grill. Great for an extended family holiday. Access to the wonderful sea below could be improved as it is a bit challenging. Villa well appointed with everything needed and very effective cleaning crew. The experience could have been further improved by more guidance and tips on Zante: which beaches to go to, which restaurants, a personal welcome from the management, a feeling of being taken care of. Perhaps a ‘villa manual”? In any case whenever we asked for something we received help, we had a great time and the property is stunning. We hope to visit again one day.

Perfect

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Management was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was prefect. Cleaning and maintenance staff were delightful and helpful. The waterfront location and breathtaking views are even better than the pictures. Feels quiet and secluded but walking distance from great restaurants and beaches. Only 30 min drive from Zante City center. It was the perfect getaway.

Fantastic property, amazing view

This was a fantastic property, well-equipped, beautiful grounds and great communication with property manager. Great for families but it’s worth noting that the lower level bedrooms are not accessible without going outside and through a separately locked door. This was not clear and is not ideal for families with small children who don’t want to be separated.

Magical!

We just spent 5 days here with 8 family members and it was just amazing! The view is probably one of the best I have ever had and the home is just fantastic. Spyridoula and her team make sure everything works just perfectly. It was my son's birthday when we arrived and I asked if she could get some cake and snacks all set up and we arrived around 6PM a birthday cake with candles and a feast. You will definitely want to rent this place.

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage.
