4) The rooms are surrounded from a green garden and the common area is big enough (6000 sq.m2).

This is an offer for the whole building at Meson Gerakari-Kipseli village "Gerakari Thalassa Studios". The building consists of 14 studios and apartments in total and has a ground floor, first floor and second floor. The building is located 150 m. from the sea. The beach is pebbled and awarded with a blue flag.

Our team consists of a retreated teacher - Voula, a professor of Muay Thai martial art and sculptor - Angelo, a videographer and actor - Theodore, our romanian translator- Zafeiris, the owner and manager of the property - Spiros, and our lovely cleaning lady - Maria. Guest star, Razell, our Jack russell dog. We have a very strong connection with Romanian and east Europe culture (Zafeiris studied odontology at Timisoara) and French culture (Theodore studied visual arts, theatre and cinema at Paris). Due to our multidiscipline team we can understand, manage and host::

Building of 'Gerakari Thalassa Studios' :

The building of 'Gerakari Thalassa Studios' is surrounded by a 6000 sq.m2 garden, is a "2 key" studio facility and consists of 14 self catering studios and apartments in total. It can accommodate 34 to 42 persons.

• 6 Studios (up to 3 persons) of 25 sq. meters each (1 double bed & 1 single bed per studio)
• 4 Studios (up to 2 persons) of 20 sq. meters each (1 double bed per studio)
• 1 Ground Floor Apartment of two rooms (up to 4 persons) of 45 sq. meters (1 double bed & 2 single beds)
• 2 Loft Apartment of two rooms (up to 4 persons) of 45 sq. meters each (1 double bed & 2 single beds)
• 1 Loft Apartment of one big room (up to 4 persons) of 45 sq. meters (2 double beds)

Ground floor studios & apartments are garden view and offer easy access for old people or people with mobility limitations. First and second floor studios are sea view. Second floor lofts have independent access through samba stairs or rounded metal stairs (not recommended for old people or people with mobility limitations).

Each of the studios and apartments has kitchen, refrigerator, TV, A/c, private WC and private balcony. The 14 rooms are suitable for 14 couples, families with children and groups up to 42 persons. All 14 studios and apartments are independent, they are not connected with interior doors. The nearest restaurant is in a distance of 150 m.

regardless season starts from 1100 euros per day (for up to 36 persons). Each extra person is charged 5 euros per day.

Also, you. can rent half of our property for half of the price, (but at the common areas there will be and other potential guests)

Location:

Studios Gerakari’ are located at the village of Kipseli-Meson
Gerakari at the northeastern coast of the island, between Alikes (4
km) and Tsilivi (4 km) and 14 km away from Zakynthos airport and
the tourist resort of Laganas. The port and the city of Zakynthos are
in a distance of 12 km. 'The village and the surrounding area are very
quiet and green. The studios are located 150 m. from the sea. The beach is
pebbled and awarded with a blue flag. Along the
beach you can find a fish tavern and a quiet seaside bar. Also at 400
meters from the rooms there is mini-market and at 800 meters supermarket and
taverns. Car, bicycle and motorbike rental offices can be found in 2
km. The nearest sandy beach is located 1 km away (Amboula
beach). In addition, near to the rooms there is port “Kavos” where
you can moor your boat or ship free. Transport (car or motorbike) is
definitely recommended.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The ground floor apartment is ideal for families but is not recommended for 2 couples (the second room has no privacy)
• The loft apartments are ideal for families but are not suitable for 2 couples (the second room of each loft apartment has no privacy)
• We have installed at all rooms ceiling fans for our eco-guests who don't want to consume too much energy. Also during the pandemic for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them only upon request during your arrival)
• Small pets allowed (upon request)
• Tap water is not drinkable
• Check out time is until 11 am and check in is from 15:00 p.m. in order to have plenty of time to thoroughly disinfect
• If you arrive before check-in, we'll hold your luggage so you can begin your vacation right away. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage with us and spend as much time as possible to the island
• Seasonal common 'quiet hours': 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00
• We do not provide towels for the beach, they are for use only inside the room.
• Don't throw paper toilet or objects to the toilet. The toilet tubes in Greece are very tiny. For that reason we provide baskets inside the WC, please use them.
