This is mainly due to the very careful selection of materials and colours, choosing for all the interior and exterior areas, colours and materials friendly to nature, following the kourasanit construction techniques and contemporary ideas.

The first floor consists of a fully equipped living room and kitchen with all modern comforts, two ensuite bedrooms and a wc. Large, floor to ceiling sliding windows lead to the outdoor area of the villa which features a pool with sun loungers, a fully equipped American style BBQ with outdoor dining area and a specially designed seating place to enjoy the unobstructed view and the serenity of the green surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and prying eyes, embraced with the authenticity and aromas of the Greek land. The large windows allow the natural beauty of the exterior landscape to invade and unite with the tranquility of the Villas elegant interior design, creating a magical space awaiting to host your precious unique moments.

Internal staircase leads to the second floor which consists of two ensuite bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows leading each to their private terrace with captivating views of the lush landscape, the Ionian Sea and the endless blue of the horizon.

The Villa is equipped with a Smart Home structured wiring system enabling guests to control the air conditioning and the choice of music of each room separately. Next to the main entrance, an external staircase leads to a specially designed space fully integrated into the natural landscape ideal for those who wish to read a book or enjoy unique moments in dialogue with nature. Private entrance and parking spaces are also provided.

Villa Alpha is the perfect harmony of comfort, simplicity and luxury in a privileged location as it is situated 2 km from the city of Zakynthos with many dining options and walks along the port. The popular tourist resort Tsilivi is at about the same distance, which is an ideal choice for swimming, water sports as well as countless options for food, entertainment and tourist shops.
