Aliki's Summerhouse 2

Aliki’s Summerhouse 2 is a comfortable coastal home, ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The house is located right in front of the beach, offering direct access .

Inside, the house has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. The 50 m² space is cozy and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a relaxed stay.

American buffet breakfast is included in your stay and is served daily at the neighboring Locanda Beach Hotel.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are changed twice a week, and final cleaning is included. The house has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (cold and warm) in the bedroom, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Basic items like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. A TV with satellite channels is available for entertainment.

Outside, there’s a private garden and a furnished terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. Private parking is available on site. For safety, the house includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector, and fire alarm.

Guests also have access to the facilities of Locanda Beach Hotel next door. The hotel’s pools can be used free of charge, while other services are available at an extra cost through the hotel reception.
