"First of all, I had issues with my flight and arrived one day later, seems that the hotel will charge 400 € penalty! Hotel is very nice and staff helpful, but extremely overpriced. Bed pillow had a stain and was not changed. Second night unable to sleep at all due to a near by all night party."

"Airport transfer to the hotel was a no-show. Had to ask for hangers (closet). Otherwise, great service, friendly staff."

Strange place
"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow."
