Very nice room, well located hotel. However, very hot and humid due to the Aircon being set to heat. Management informed us this could not be changed. We opened the window in the afternoon but could not do this at night due to the room being at street level directly onto a pedestrian walkway. An Uncomfortable night's sleep followed. Staff abrupt and unwelcoming. Stay for the location but not for great customer service.

The hotel is located very central, which is a big plus. However, all the rooms (as far as we could see) were on the ground floor, meaning people often walk by your window and it is uncomfortable to open the windows/curtains. The breakfast buffet was good but not too stunning, it had all the basics. Unfortunately, on our first day we almost missed the breakfast and couldn’t enjoy it at all since the opening hours of the buffet were displayed wrongly. After talking to the staff they still closed the buffet but made up their mistake to us on another day and corrected the opening hour.

Great hotel in the heart of the Old Town - easy to walk to all the main places of interest and all the dining options available in the town! Very comfortable room with all the amenities you would need. Excellent breakfast too. Staff were great and I was able to leave my bag safe as I arrived early. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great Zara hotel

Maria on reception could not have done more, helped with parking and information on the town and area. Gave restaurant suggestion and was just so pleasant. Room and feel of this boutique hotel was really lovely Fantastic location also

Excellent location with all major attractions within easy walking distance. The room was clean and was an adequate size. Bathroom was clean; the shower stall was very nice. The beds were comfortable which helped us to sleep well. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and courteous.
