The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby.

Great location back from the city, with good recommendations from the staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast had lots of options. Would definitely stay again

Bearing in mind this is a 3 star property, I still came away disappointed having read some the reviews. It’s inconveniently located unless you have a car (or are happy getting taxis everywhere). The breakfast is very average (croissants from a packet and coffee from a machine). The hotel is separated into two buildings, one of which is newly renovated whereas the other one is a bit of an eye sore. The main thing that disappointed me though was the noise in the mornings. As breakfast is served on the 3rd floor, you’re woken up by food steps from 7am onwards. It’s fine at best, I wouldn’t go back though.

Whilst this hotel is not in the hustle and bustle of the old town it is really lovely. The rooms are roomy, well equipped and very clean. The small additions like the mosquito plug in, the air conditioning unit in the room and the dryer for the balcony was great. The breakfast is very good, great service and the views over Zadar are wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and informative. He was especially helpful on the last day calling the ferry company for us and offering use of the pool until we left. The pool is beautiful, cleaned every day and a welcome relief in the heat. We had no issue getting Ubers to the old town and they were reasonable prices, to walk the 30 minutes in the July heat would have been punishing. There is a small, well equipped local mini supermarket just down the road which is useful for drinks and snacks if needed.

If you're planning a visit to Zadar, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the hotel was well-maintained and clean. The spacious rooms were a joy to relax in after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. With a wide variety of delicious and healthy options to choose from, I felt energized and ready to start my day. Plus, the views of the city from the top floor where the breakfast is served are simply breathtaking. Despite the hotel not being located in the downtown area, it wasn't a problem for me as I had a car. And it was well worth it! All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.

Great little find

Hotel exactly as described - immaculate, staff very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with a lovely view over the city. Great value for money, would definitely recommend. Half an hour walk into the old town but we enjoy walking so we were happy to do. Taxis were also really reasonable when we used them though. We met the owner on the first day, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and he offered to ring our taxi for us to the airport on the last day.

Excellent new apartment. Fabulous breakfast on the 3rd floor with lovely views. Spacious clean and modern. Only negative is the distance from the old town and lack of dining options close by. But not a problem if you have a car. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous room with such friendly staff. Very modern and very clean, with everything you need. It’s about a 30 minute walk into old town which was not bad, but it does have free parking as we had rented a car. From the off we were very pleased with the service, the kind receptionist lady showed us to our room. The lady who worked in the breakfast bar could not do enough to please you, offering to make omelettes alongside the continental breakfast which was on offer. Whilst we were there I also had a birthday, and came back after a day exploring to a little bottle of champagne and two glasses (guessing the cleaning staff had seen my cards) which was a lovely little touch. The pool is perfect size for the amount of rooms and was always sparkling clean. We would highly recommend this hotel, it’s amazing value for money and we would certainly be back in the future.

A pretty new family run hotel which has two buildings, separated by a small pool, a total of about 20 rooms, about 10 minutes drive to Zadar old town. Our room was spacious and very clean, bed was large and comfotable. Breakfast was excellent.

+ Newly built property with only 6 rooms, quiet and relaxing. + Modern, spacious rooms with a terrace + Nice small pool + Breakfast on the top floor with nice views of Zadar and eggs cooked to order - Location is out of the old town (3 km) so a car is recommended as there is nothing to do in the neighborhood -Reception is inside the sister property (pool is shared between the 2) and have limited hours, however this was not a major inconvenient If you look for a non frills quiet place with spacious modern rooms and a pool and you do not mind staying outside the old town, this property is extremely good value

Liked everything about this property, we wish our stay was longer than only one night. Superior King room led straight out to pool. Beautiful extra large room with lovely bathroom. Breakfast on top floor was great, with enough choice to satisfy. Would recommend to anyone. Also having a lift is a great asset for those staying on higher floors
