Fantastic apartment right by the sea and in the center of Petrcane.

Traumhaft mit Baumängeln

Eigentlich hat es uns vor Allem wegen der Lage gut gefallen. Die 2 Wohnungen sind sehr chic eingerichtet und teilweise hochwertig ausgestattet. Verbunden sind sie über eine nachträglich angebaute Terrasse. Das Baujahr ist geschummelt, nur das Vordach der Terrasse ist 2024. Wasserhähne sind schon verkalkt, was aber an dem extrem harten Wasser liegt. Leider wurde beim Heimwerkerausbau im Detail gepfuscht. Von den 3 separaten Schlafräumen war bei dem „Master Bedroom die Tür aus den Angeln gerissen. Angeblich 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft dur Vandalismus
