Location was good, easy access to highway. Heater works well

This quaint little spot is just off the main road, a blessing to find for sure. The staff was friendly, check in was quick and thorough, which was nice and reassuring, we have an infant, and it was late at night! The room was very clean, and updated, shower was ok, but not a big deal. We really enjoyed staying here, especially after our first encounter with another hotel in the area that we left quickly after arriving..

WE NEVER MADE IT INTO A ROOM. WE SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 5 HOURS DUE TO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM CRASHING. AND SUPPOSEDLEY PASSWORD CHANGES TO A COMPUTER PROGRAM. ALTHOUGH IT WAS THE FAULT OF ORBITZ, STILL IT WAS VERY UPSETTING. MICHAEL, I WILL SAY IS AN ACCEPTIONAL WORKER. SHE HAS GREAT CUST SERV SKILLS...I THINK WE SHOULD BE GIVEN A FREE NIGHT PERSONALLY.

It was clean, over all average. Pretty centrally location.

Check in was a mess. I had 3 rooms reserves for myself and family. One reservation with two rooms, it was not found. I had another reservation (2 nights) for 1 room (Orbits) was ok. We ended up with rooms that were spread all over the property and 3 different floors. Breakfast was disappointing as it was billed and a cooked breakfast, but not any different than most other hotels.

Great spot for an overnight stay. Room is comfortable and spacious and the breakfast cooked by on-site staff is outstanding. We will return!

I have not one complaint! I wish I had stayed here on the many times I have traveled through Yuba City in the past. This present stay was especially important because I needed to travel back and forth to Chico, Ca. to take care of business related to the Camp Fire in Paradise, Ca. Iost my home and everything I owned. It was a comfort to have such a nice comfortable place to stay!

Decent hotel, For area. Great for buisness and work.

Exceeds all expectations. I've stayed here multiple times and each time has been good. The room, bed, and shower are all very good and the cooked-at-the-site breakfast is outstanding. Good Wi-Fi connection also.

Very unpleasant experience. the hotel is quite old and very poorly kept up. Cleanliness is marginal at best and customer service is abominable. I had to wait in line 40 minutes to check in- after 9pm. The beds are like rocks and the breakfast is so-so. I surely can't recommend this to any one.

This hotel was recently renovated and it is very nice. I live in the same town and didn't realize that they made it look so much better. It was clean and they were very friendly.

Strong smell in the room. Found dog's hair in the carpet. My wife could not sleep because that.

Was looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill perfectly. Very nice breakfast provided.

Hotel is very old and not well layed out. Hard to park due to layout and cars to close together. Had to park across the street to accommodate my small boat trailer. They say they have trailer parking but no way u can park even if you are an experienced trailer guy. Next we were told to go ahead and take a quick hot tube since we got in late and the tube was going to close in 5 min. Me and my boys rushed down to get in and were greeted by a very angry employee who had just closed the gate and refused to open it even though the front desk had told us no problem. Lastly we got up early to go fishing and went into the breakfast area to grab a few muffins and some fruit on our way out and again told the breakfast bar only opened early weekdays and we were prohibited from taking anything for the road. They claim this is some sort of a convention business hotel but believe me from the rusty old outdated sign out front to the weird location which is jammed behind a Staples Retail store and next to some old abbandend bowling alley this place was a joke.

My wife, our horses, & I was attending a Mounted Shooting event in Lincoln, CA. Due to my own miscalculation, the drive from Lincoln to Yuba City was awful due to commuter traffic and the reduction of lanes from 4 to 1 with a traffic signal at the end starting with the City of Wheatland. The hotel staff and room were great.

Staff and Breakfast was great. I was expecting a remodeled room however, the room didn't seem remodeled. Also, before booking I asked if it was okay for 3 adults and 3 childrens to share 1 room, and was told that it was okay. I was expecting to have 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out, I didn't get the sofa and the room was on the smaller side. The only reason it was okay was because we didn't spend time in the room expect to sleep.
