2nd stay at this property within a month and WILL do so again when in the area. Cool, Clean and Comfortable. Very good area, clean city, quiet at night (and daytime), no traffic noise (a block off the main road), a decent breakfast. I consider it a very good value and perhaps a hidden gem for travelers.

Overall decent for the price,wifi was jumping no pool, room was way in the back but offered tons of privacy. No breakfast even though it was advertised. I would stay again.

This quaint little spot is just off the main road, a blessing to find for sure. The staff was friendly, check in was quick and thorough, which was nice and reassuring, we have an infant, and it was late at night! The room was very clean, and updated, shower was ok, but not a big deal. We really enjoyed staying here, especially after our first encounter with another hotel in the area that we left quickly after arriving..
WE NEVER MADE IT INTO A ROOM. WE SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 5 HOURS DUE TO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM CRASHING. AND SUPPOSEDLEY PASSWORD CHANGES TO A COMPUTER PROGRAM. ALTHOUGH IT WAS THE FAULT OF ORBITZ, STILL IT WAS VERY UPSETTING. MICHAEL, I WILL SAY IS AN ACCEPTIONAL WORKER. SHE HAS GREAT CUST SERV SKILLS...I THINK WE SHOULD BE GIVEN A FREE NIGHT PERSONALLY.
It was clean, over all average. Pretty centrally location.
Check in was a mess. I had 3 rooms reserves for myself and family. One reservation with two rooms, it was not found. I had another reservation (2 nights) for 1 room (Orbits) was ok. We ended up with rooms that were spread all over the property and 3 different floors. Breakfast was disappointing as it was billed and a cooked breakfast, but not any different than most other hotels.
Great spot for an overnight stay. Room is comfortable and spacious and the breakfast cooked by on-site staff is outstanding. We will return!
I have not one complaint! I wish I had stayed here on the many times I have traveled through Yuba City in the past. This present stay was especially important because I needed to travel back and forth to Chico, Ca. to take care of business related to the Camp Fire in Paradise, Ca. Iost my home and everything I owned. It was a comfort to have such a nice comfortable place to stay!
