My key card repeatedly stopped working and had to be fixed, there were cockroaches in the apartment, and bed bugs
The place needs to be updated. Hallway carpeting was dirty and smelly
No elevator was my first complaint. The entire 3rd Floor actually flexed and moved as we walked. Walked into the room and immediately saw 3 cockroaches crawling on the walls. So Gross
The hotel smelled poor condition
From the moment that I arrived and I went to walk in the door someone approached me and told me I didn’t want to stay there, that the only room that was available was reserved which was my reservation and that the one reserved a room was infested with roaches. The gentleman that approached me was indeed one of the employees and said that he I would never even stay at his establishment and he was an employee.
They had bed bugs
I was dirty no internet connection and roaches i spoke to the manager he toll me I'll get 20% true my whole stay amd i haven't recieved anything
Shower drain clogged so you're standing in an inch of water. The shower has one temperature which is scolding hot. The carpet in the room is so nasty I have to wear shoes the whole time or my feet/socks turn black. The carpet is also sticky. The door to the room has huge gaps in it. There are maybe 6 channels on the tv that actually work, none of which are HBO like advertised. The WiFi here is a joke. $70 a night for this crap?? To top it off, I killed a roach in the bathroom this morning. Needless to say, I'm checking the hell out of this place. To sum it all up in one word: GROSS!
The property was dirty and the staff was rude. We arrived at 5:30 PM our room was still not ready, the beds were fools not queen. Furniture was broken. Cigarette burns in the couch and chair. It was the grossest hotel I have ever walked into!!

Cockroaches and filth. Dilapidated facilitates, filthy conditions, trash overflowing at every receptacle on property, WiFi only available in lobby area and rude housekeeping staff. But hey, the waffles are great.
There was a cockroach in the sink; the bathroom tile was cracked; there were multiple people screaming obscenities in rooms and the parking lot; no elevator so we had to carry our bags up three flights.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the property was not very clean and there were a couple roaches that I saw in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again.
This is a place to stay if you have no other choice in your budget. Door jam was broken, fan in bathroom had blades missing, furniture was falling apart, needs were bouncy and hard, the list goes on. The only positive was that the for is laminate so you don't feel as dirty walking barefoot.
Great experience at check in. Quiet room. No stopper for bath tub drain, so I couldn't take a bath. Waffles & oj for breakfast; but no tea or teabags. Great stay at a reasonable price.
The room was clean, was decent for the price we paid. Close to the street and thin walls made it hard to cancel out the noise. Water was cold. Didn't really heat up for a nice shower. Based on price we paid we had an,idea of what it was going to be like. So it was an ok place to stay at. If needed to we probably would just because it was clean and not too pricey.
