Nice, clean and spacious room, pool and swing set to use as well. Beds not so comfortable but after a day in Yosemite it’s not hard to fall asleep and Westgste Lodge is a great place to stay. Restaurant next door has great food and is very convenient to start your day with a hot breakfast and finish the day with delicious handmade hamburgers. Great WiFi as well. Definitely would stay at Yosemite Westgate Lodge again.

The Yosemite Westgate Lodge was a great place to stay, close to the Yosemite entrance on Highway 120. We loved having the Buck Meadows restaurant right there, to get food before heading out each morning. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it!

Very friendly front desk help (sarah) but the tv was not working, the washcloth I was about to start washing my son with was dirty in the middle (like it needed to be bleached). We were put in a room that had an adjoining room, and the walls were paper thin, the very loud people next to us were having a great time until about 2am, we just kept the ac & fan on high to drown them out.

Close to Big Oak entrance. Rooms are recently renovated. Beds were comfortable, pillows were ok. Front desk check in was ok, but the gentleman who checked us in was less than friendly. There is almost no where close by to grab breakfast on the go (there is a restaurant next door but they did not have donuts or muffins or anything quick) to get food the evening before if you want something to take into the park with you.

We weren’t able to get lodging in Yosemite so booked a night at the Westgate. The room was updated, the bathroom was fresh and clean. The restaurant next door (Lucky Buck) served great food. The lodge was still about 60mins from Yosemite Valley which added to our driving as we returned to the park for a second day. After a long tiring drive and hike, the Westgate was a welcome place to rest.

Beautiful area and great place

Staff were very friendly on arrival. Rooms are newly renovated and nice. We only stayed one night, but it was the night after a long travel day. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay to prepare for the rest of our trip.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The owner was friendly and made sure we were well educated on the dining and recreation places in the area. The pool and playground are a nice touch for the kids. Its affordable compared to other options around yosemite and we were happy overall with our stay here.

Good place for families.

Very friendly staff. Room was extremely clean. Nice outdoor pool and spa. Two restaurants close by, a little far from the entrance of Yosemite but not crazy far. Would stay again.
