Cabin is not clean. There is a stench in the room. Overpriced for the lack of amenities. Will not return.

Great no I don't want to add more to the review I don't have time

What a setting! Wonderful staff, excellent facilities and activities, fantastic [purchased] guided tour. We stayed in one of the Lodge's "vintage cabins." It was beautifully renovated and totally comfortable, while maintaining the rustic charm everyone wants in Yosemite, with one big exception: The mattress was terribly soft, in need of replacement, and the hotel had no mattresses or other rooms available. They tried putting a plywood board under it for night number 2, which was a help, but it was still a "back attack." Hopefully, mattresses in the vintage cabins will be replaced soon!

The hotel was great. Food was very good, a bit pricy. Service was slow at dinner. I would return again.

Great kid-friendly place surrounded by beautiful Yosemite - fantastic hiking. Great heated pool and many activities around the lodge for adults and kids. Pretty good food and entertainment - very nice and accommodating staff.

Clean cabins close to Yosemite, with all necessary amenities (no tvs in room, and that was fine with me). Tavern/restaurant on site with pretty good food, though a little expensive. Very close to Hetch Hetchy reservoir; also close to Yosemite Valley. Peaceful and quite. No complaints at all.

Lovely hotel nested in the wood. Very clean and quiet. No TV, no phone. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe serves good food at decent price. Great place!

We checked in after driving in from San Francisco and were delighted by the whole facility. Pictures don't do it justice. I think they have thought of everything to make patrons feel comfortable, while still in the wilderness.

The lodge is in the national forest, amongst sequoia trees. It is about 50 minutes to the valley and glacial point. The room is comfortable and the onsite restaurant is actually decent. Enjoy the stay and there was nothing to complain about

Very nice, upscale place, just a stone's' throw from the NW corner of Yosemite Park. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. And the "digital detox" aspect is not as severe as advertised (i.e. while there are no phones or TVs in the rooms, limited WiFi is available in the rooms and cell phone texting works too, but not voice for some reason.) Anyway, my main reason for writing this review is to reinforce the friendly GPS warning that the lodge provides on its website. For some reason, GPS goes wacky in the area. Just a couple of examples: 1. After inputting the GPS coordinates of the lodge, when it was time to check in after an afternoon in Yosemite Valley, my TomTom GPS directed me to the correct road and gate to leave the park and then was silent as I whizzed right by the turnoff at Evergreen Road. It wanted to take me on an additional 40 minute/20 mile roundabout journey when a simple right turn up Evergreen round would get us there in 7 miles. 2. After spending the day at Hetch Hetchy, just to test the GPS, I had it on as we returned, a very simple, straightforward trip. Suddenly, with the lodge a half-mile up the road on the right, the GPS directed a left turn onto an obscure side road. Of course, I ignored these wacky directions but it confirmed that travelers to the lodge must turn off their GPS and use the printed instructions provided on the website.
