Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay. Satellite WiFi speed in unreliable for video streaming and video calling.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a phone.

4/10 Poor

Great view but not very clean

The location of the house cannot be beat. However, we had to call the management company three times in our four night stay (broken microwave, fireplace ignitor broken, and front light out.) On every cooking pot and knife there was some leftover food. My son found a rat sticky trap under his bed. This was accompanied by a stuffed toy and a remote control for a fan. The main light in the kitchen did not work and at this point we had tired of calling management, so just put up with a little light over the sink. For a much higher than average cleaning fee, the cleanness of house was far below par.
