(A107) Studio Condominiums

Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques.

Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Yosemite Park

The unit was clean, but small. The location is very convenient for touring the park and Yosemite Valley in particular. The unit was not very soundproof and we could hear all the movements from the people in the units above us. The host provided information about the wildlife and power outage in the park to us in advance but did not provide check-in instructions (which we ultimately found written in small print on the door when we arrived).

Property was great. But we were advised not to return for our second night stay. We had bought the insurance so called right away to explain the situation with the weather and cancelled the second night. They refused to refund one night stay. We were told we had to cancel the entire 2 night stay.. Does not make any sense we would have cancelled both nights had we known. They would have had to refund 2 nights instead of one. Very disappointed with their insurance plan. They obviously have no concern for peoples safety.

Great Time

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The property was quiet, and other room noise is very minimal. I am a very light sleeper and didn't find the outside noise to be a disturbance. The property is also very well located to the valley. It's only about a 30 minute drive, and that drive is BEAUTIFUL. A few cons: (1) As a cook, the tools provided are probably not the best and not everything is there (i.e. a colander). The space to prep is also extremely limited. However, with a little imagination it's easy to make it all work. (2) The shower. It's more of a spray than an actual shower - and after a long day of hiking, it leaves you a bit underwhelmed. Perhaps that can be fixed in the future.

Relax

The place was clean, and very quiet. Very hard to find after dark so get there during sunlight. We were told to bring food, as no restaurant to dine at. We brought food, and brought most back. I love to grill, and the grill is inop at best. It should be replaced. Ouyside of that, it is a relaxing place, and very quiet.

Nice little condo

The condo was very clean, which is the most important thing for me. It was in a great location and very quiet. Having the grill was a huge plus. Would highly recommend.
