I stayed three nights in the loudest room. People outside were very loud. I would stay here again but I will not stay in the same room. Overall a great place, just a unfortunate room assignment.

We were disappointed that there was no mention of the hot tub working. Hasn’t been working for two weeks and seems to be a common theme these days with hotels.

The hot tub was not working and nowhere in the advertisement about the hotel did it state that hot tub was not working. Any advertisement or information about the hotel said that it had a pool and hot tub. The room rates should not be that high, if certain facilities are not working.

Hotel staff was really friendly We had a family suite, room was very clean & beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working & pool jets wete not working. Our air conditioner would only blow on low so it took awhile for the room to cool off. We also found the snacks & water prices high. Breakfast was great. Definitely would recommend the hotel to others. Hope they repair their hot tub soon. They did give us a discount because the hof tub was out of order. That was a great deal. Thanks Look forward to staying their again.

The staff was amazing first and foremost. There system was down when we arrived and had to leave and come back later. Internet and TV was intermittent. No microwave in room. My mattress was sat on the edge so much from previous people that I rolled all night. Hot tub wasn’t working.
