Terrible experience, day of arrival they had no ice machine. Was there with a volleyball team and 4 of our rooms had no heat, 1 room was down to 12 degrees, told us there was nothing they can do and gave us extra blankets. When asked for a refund was told to email but no promise.

Options for pillows they were all very firm. If there is no ice machine please state on arrival instead we looked all over for it. Now staff when we came in saw 2 girls behind counter didn’t not greet us until I went to counter and said I needed to check in, and they were not busy as both had cell phones in hands and looked to be busy on personal things. Some advice if door opens a common good evening would be nice especially when no one else around. And get elevator fixed I was scared each time of getting stuck yes there are stairs but to get to the third with bags not a option

The breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t make it to the hot tub unfortunately, the only bad thing was the snow around the parking where you could plug in, too much snow to get to the plug ins
