No staff. Had to wait for somebody at check in. At breakfast, there was NOBODY in the 30 minutes we were there to complain to about the lack of pancake mix. Just two examples for the rating.

Check in was ok, we had reserved a king room, but got a room with 2 beds, could not get the shower to work, no matter what we tried. TV , worked for 5 minutes, called the front desk, were told all the instructions were in the cask drawer, and nothing in any of the cabinets, so he came up and change the receiver, then we got 1 channel, will we stay there again, no, room next to us partied till after 3:00 am
