Classic New England Home Close to Short Sands

Great location for you family vacation! Take a 5 minute walk to Short Sands and downtown York Beach. (10 minute walk to our favorite beach at Cape Neddick). This comfortable Maine beach house sleeps 8 guests. There is a nice outdoor deck where you can grill and relax after a day at the beach. The house includes 3 bedrooms and one and a half baths, plus an outdoor shower. Bedrooms include: Bedroom 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 Full Bed, Bedroom 3 Trundle with 2 Twin Beds, Pull out Queen couch in living room. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor and a dishwasher. The house also has WiFi access and streaming services.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

We had an amazing stay in York! The house was comfortable for our family of 5. We walked to the beach and downtown easily with our beach gear, sometimes a couple times a day. My daughters and I left from the house and ran a 3.4 mile loop to the Nubble Lighthouse and back, so many beautiful views! We also rode our bikes the same loop to see the area at sunset and had ice cream at Dunne’s before heading back. We found a great coffee place to walk to, and an ice cream place (in Wells) that serves up ice cream FLIGHTS! The deck was a nice bonus to be able to enjoy the nice weather we had. The beds were comfortable, as were the couches in the living room. Owner very responsive to questions.
