Great beach location

The motel has a great location across the street from the beach, and we appreciated the communal outdoor seating area on the 2nd floor to relax with an ocean view. Room was simple but clean, had a microwave and fridge. Staff was very accomodating about an early check in. Not a fancy place but very pleasant.

Great stay at the Sunrise Hotel

Had a room with a private balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean. Chairs need to be higher or lower to see over or under the railing. Room was wonderful with plenty of room for 2 people. We have stayed there at least a couple times and will definitely come back.

We had a third floor room with a balcony and it was just steps to go right up to the ocean. The waves were amazing when we were there! The room itself was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We enjoyed our short stay.

Simple but clean. Right across the street from the ocean which is why we picked this motel. Easy driving to area attractions and restaurants. The staff pointed us in right direction for places to eat and to see.

Rooms nice and clean. Staff great. Would stay again. No elevator to 2 or 3rd floor. No problem for good legs but should have checked first. Beautiful views of water.

I loved being able to pop out of bed and walk across the street to catch the sunrise. The room was clean and the staff were really nice. Was great to have a fridge. What wasn’t great was that we could hear people above us walking around starting at 5am. I expected there to be hair conditioner and there wasn’t. No closet in the room but you could hang maybe 5 things on a bar next to one of the beds. It met our needs for a short stay at the discounted rate

I'd go back!

This was the only motel I stayed in during my vacation and it was better than any of my other stays. The only complaint was the lack of courtesy of other guests at 7am stomping around to leave. Our room was on the end so I literally heard someone drag their suitcase down each step. So nothing the motel can do but other than that.. it was so clean, comfy and nice. I loved the room setup making it feel cozy. Staff was so friendly and helpful!! Beach view was great! I'd go back if I were in town!

La vue sur mer de toutes les chambres, c'est merveilleux (avec levée de soleil). Propreté mais comme tout les hotels du coin, ils oublient derrière les lits et meubles (les plinthes). L'hôtel est merveilleux. Juste 2 choses négatives :le wifi est nul; le nettoyage de l'air climatisé qui sert également d'unité de chauffage, on ne l'a pas parti car les filtres étaient noirs et nous avons été incapable de les retiré pour nettoyage. La situation géographique, fin de Long Sand Beach. Le stationnement est bien organisé. Aussi accés à de l'eau (sattion rinçage) pour lavage pieds en revenant de la plage. Près de tout en auto 5-10min. Allez au Anthony's sur la 1 (8min) pour café, danoise, desserts, sandwich, salade, pizza.... c'est un must! Willy's Burger aussi (juste tout près Anthony's)

Great stay, amazing pictures

Check-in was a breeze, she told us what time sunrise was the next morning. We took some amazing pictures. The room was very nice, clean and roomy. The only thing we missed was an iron and ironing board but we were on vacation so not a huge worry for us. Great stay, would definitely go back.

the hand rails on the 3rd floor were un stable at best. upon arrival, cabinets were full of debris from previous tenant. floors were not vaccuumed and my wife and i wondered what exactly the work staff did. upon copious complaints. the room was vacuumed, towels replaced, and hair from previous occupant removed
