Unique private apartment in a great location near Cross County Mall, Empire Casino, and easy access to many local colleges. Private offstreet parking a big plus! Felt safe and secure all weekend. Although decor was dated, everything was clean. Great shower with soft water. Wi-Fi and access to multiple streaming platforms really great too! Thank you to our host, Brian!

Satisfactory stay in yonkers

This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.

Served its purpose

I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay there again.

We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting area. Then a coded lock to get into your bedrm. No deadbolt lock on inside of bedrm door. Bathrm across hall. Off street parking was nice.
