Room Deposit Deducted

I was deducted 100$ from my deposit because of blood stains. My grandson was staying with me and he let some people while I was out. They got into a fight and there was blood stains on the edge of the door frames. A towel was blood stained. There was no damaged to the room. I was charged a 100$ because the staff had to wipe off the blood stain and wash the stain towel. I told management that workers wipe down rooms anyway and wash the towels and linen. It was to no avail and 100$ was deducted from my damaged deposit. End of story. I will not go back to this hotel unless I have no other choice....thank-you.

The rooms seem to have been renovated relatively recently. New wall paper, carpet in good condition, new vanity and lights in bathroom, clean shower. Hallway carpet isn't new though. Portable AC in the room is appreciated, but noisy so turn it on when you're away so that when you return you can turn it off at a comfortable temperature. Some of the furniture is a bit old but it works fine. The tv is small by today standards but cable channels are clear and plentiful. Parking in front is limited to maybe 20 cars, but there is street parking close by. The Keurig coffee maker in the rooms makes horrible coffee.
